North Shore Country Club, located in Glen Head, New York, was founded in 1914 when the Harmonie Club of New York purchased the existing Glenwood Country Club. The course was originally designed by Devereux Emmet and later renovated by Seth Raynor and Charles Blair Macdonald. In 2010, the club was acquired by developer Donald Zucker, who commissioned architect Tom Doak to restore and modernize the course, blending classic design with contemporary elements.
