Seaqua Delicatessen and Caterers — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

If I could give Seaqua more than 5 stars, I'd give them 10 stars! I have used Seaqua to cater two events. One was my office Holiday Party and the other was just yesterday for my Daughter's Baby Shower. From start to finish Seaqua provided top notch service and the food was fantastic! Liz, their catering manager is so incredibly helpful. She took my multiple phone calls with patience and offered guidance as I questioned my choices and if I had ordered enough food. She easily could have "sold" me more dishes, but instead assured me I had ordered plenty of food for the amount of guests at both events. She was right! The delivery driver arrived precisely on time and arranged everything in both a functional and beautiful manner. The food was absolutely delicious to the point where everyone was asking where I ordered it from!! Thank you to everyone at Seaqua for helping to make both events a success!

Update: Amber delivered my food and was extremely apologetic for what had happened. I never heard from management or anyone to see what happened. ///////Done going to Sequa Deli. I have been going there since the 1st day they opened. Over the past 2 years service here has gone down drastically. We used to order regularly at my job but because they would get something in the order wrong regularly we stopped. Ordering from home was the same. Something missing or made wrong. Even when I have walked in the people behind the counter were unwilling to come out front and help me find an item. Tonight I ordered and they totally forgot an item. I immediately called and they said they would send it right away. I waited an hour and when I called Nick said they were closed and would deliver my food in the morning. Beware of getting overcharged!!! Just had food delivered and realized that I was charged over $4 extra than what is listed on their website. The website advertises "prices are for credit and debit purchases-pay with cash and get 4% discount". On the receipt there is a cash amount and credit card amount. So if you pay with cash the price should be a little lower than the website price. Today I ordered 2 daily specials that are listed at $13.69 if you pay by credit card. I was charged $15.79 each!!!!! I called and the girl told me that there are 2 totals on the receipt, one for cash and one for credit card, so not only did they overcharge me for the meals but the delivery guy charged me the credit card price instead of cash.
