After many second chances, we will not be going back. While the food is usually good, the service is not. On several occasions they have done things like lose, misplace or make an order wrong and never once apologise. One of the first problems we had was when I called and ordered a "pizza with meatballs" which the person on the phone interpreted to be a pizza with a side of meatballs, not a "pizza with meatballs topping" As we have been ordering ever since. While this is an understandable mistake, the manager and people behind the desk gave us an attitude when asked to fix the order. Despite this and a few other issues, we kept going back. Tonight, when we arrived to pick up our pizza, they accidentally gave it to another customer. While I understand that this can happen, they insisted that they would call the customer back and give us the correct pizza, and only after explaining that once in someone else's posesion it could be in a car with smoke or animals (which people can be allergic to) did they reluctantly agree to make a new pizza (actually first they tried to get us to take the plain pizza or the plain pizza with meatballs thrown on it). Even after all this, they did not offer any discount or something to make it better. Not even an apology. As well left, one of the people yelled repeatedly "Enjoy your MEATBALL pizza" placing an emphasis on the MEATBALL. Overall, the attitude was awful and it seemed as though they didn't care and even almost made joke of the situation. That is why, in our opinion, this place has run out of chances and we will...
Read moreTre Sorelle is truly a standout among local pizzerias. From the moment you walk through the door, you can sense that this place values both quality and hospitality. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly complementing the exceptional food that follows.
The pizza is consistently outstanding — perfectly crisp crust, balanced flavors, and fresh, high-quality ingredients that speak for themselves. However, the real hidden gem here is the garlic knots. They are, without question, the best I’ve ever had: light, fluffy, and infused with just the right amount of garlic and butter. Each bite feels carefully crafted, and it’s clear that a great deal of pride goes into even the smallest details.
Equally impressive is the service. Aaron, in particular, elevates the experience to another level. He is remarkably kind, attentive, and personable — the kind of person who makes every guest feel valued and welcome. His professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for what he does create an atmosphere that makes you want to return again and again.
Tre Sorelle has mastered the balance between exceptional food and genuine hospitality. It’s a rare combination that makes this restaurant a true local treasure. Highly recommended to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable...
Read moreThe food was excellent. We stopped in with 5 people unplanned about 8pm. Unfortunately the back dining area was full and we were hungry so sat in the front where you order pizza. It is modern decorated with a beautiful stone oven, high ceilings, large high framed mirrors with a dark wood backround. The only thing is you are looking at the parking lot. It didn't matter. We had a great bottle of merlot, were talking and laughing in no time. Now for the food. Caprese salad for the table, excellent. Shrimp parm, they pounded out the shrimp before they breaded/ fried them, with a side of pasta, excellent. Veal with spinach, excellent. Chicken franchise, excellent. Presentation was , "Wow, that looks amazing." The pizza passing by looked tempting to share for an app , but they were out of slices. Menu was all of my favorite Italian things. Prices were very good value. Waitress, good service, personable, attentive, yet busy. Most important, the sauce was good. We will return, for a slice, and for...
