I found VIP online and called the number and spoke to Hugo, the business owner. He was cordial and sincere. I told him the problem over the phone with my garage door system and he quoted me a very fare and very competitive price over the phone. I liked the sincerity in his voice, as I called other companies and felt far less confident in their conversation that I would be dealt with fairly. Hugo told me that either he or one of his workers would come to my house the next morning to fix the door.

The next morning, I got a call from Hugo letting me know that he will arrive in a few minutes, and he was at my house exactly on schedule.

Hugo greeted me with a friendly smile and handshake and went right to work extremely efficiently and with good humor. He finished the job, showing me some safety features that he added, with all the brand new shiny components that he installed. We operated the overhead door a few times and my wife (the boss) came down to inspect (lol) Hugo’s work, and she approved it. Tried opening and closing the door a few more times and we marveled at the beauty of the smooth movement of the mechanisms.

I am extremely happy with VIP’s services, price and overall experience. I recommend this company highly, especially so after not being so pleased with the performance of other companies. I asked for Hugo’s (VIP’s) card and door sticker with his company’s name and phone number, in the unlikely event that I would need him in the future. Let me start with saying, HUGO(Owner) is the man!! I love his energy and affordable prices. I’ve tried other companies in the past but none of them are close to comparable with the service that I receive from VIP garage doors.

Hugo was referred to me by a friend and I’ve been using him since. Any repairs or garage door replacements, he is the guy.

His team is nothing but professional and reliable. They’ve helped me out on a few different occasions - with repairs on my 15+ year old garage doors, to replacing a whole new system and giving a new face to my homes.
