The Arlington Gastropub — Restaurant in Town of Parma

Food was great ,service was awesome. But the lady Cindy was very rude and hateful towards my service dog. When I became hypoxic because my oxygen tank was empty and my dog did his job by trying to get me help she had no care to even hear why he wandered from me. I'd been a long time coming back to this establishment just because of her attitude and ignorance from another issue she had with my service dog. She also didnt seem to care I couldn't move freely to get in or out. Definitely NOT handicap accessible. But they try. So you would think management would at least appear to be concerned instead of looking down their snoot as if I was some kind of criminal. I will not be going there again while shes there that's for sure. I returned today with my service dog. The same lady Cindy was there again today. She immediately came right to me and questioned if thered be an issue or not , wich I thought was in poor taste but ok. I feel as tho she has redeemed herself and other than the initial awkwardness we had a pleasant brunch. The brushetta was to die for. My guest had the new England clam chowder and was very impressed. Dining at The Arlington in Hilton, NY was an amazing experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how warm, homey, and comfortable the atmosphere felt. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself — easily the most welcoming dining experience I’ve had since before the COVID pandemic.

The service made the evening even more special. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, and I have to give special credit to Ashley. She went out of her way to make us feel at home, and her recommendations were spot on. It felt less like being waited on and more like being genuinely cared for, which is rare and refreshing.

What stood out most was how everything came together — the cozy setting, the thoughtful service, and the genuine sense of hospitality. It’s clear that The Arlington isn’t just about food, but about creating a place where people want to gather, connect, and feel comfortable.

The Arlington Gastropub restaurant is located on Main Street in Hilton New York. The parking lot is clean and safe with handicap parking. The interior of the reasurant has been recently remodel, what a great job they have done! I have come here in the past and what a great change. The entrance way and the bar area are separate from the eating area. They also have a new outdoor eating area for warmer months. The food was yummy with large portions. I had their famous fish fry and it was delicious 😋 You can always tell this reasurant cares about one thing good tasting food.😋 The employees and owners who cook, deliver the food and cleaning up after me do a great job 👏 I always have a enjoyable time eating here.
