Went yesterday which was Dec 20th around 6pm to order a fish fry there was 5 workers at the deli then 2 customers myself and another woman we are standing at the deli counter for 5 mins . the staff just conversated to themselves.. the lady finally said "excuse me is that my order" she was given her order . I was ignored there was then an employee who put a jacket on and started talking to another worker . Another employee started cleaning the equipment. Another employee was standing almost in front of my putting Cole slaw in a container. Mind you I'm STILL NOT ADDRESSED I finally said could I get some help here .. I asked to place an order for a fish fry was told we have no more fries 🍟 is that okay??? no I'm not sure who trains these people but not ONE person who works in the deli has customers service experience.. maybe it's time to look into hiring people who actually...

It started out as part of another grocery chain which has always kept a family like store that put the accent on customer service, superior meats, produce baked goods as well as their deli. In addition, they also treat cleanliness as a must. When Tops came to Hilton we were concerned that all of those things might have been compromised. Much to our pleasure Tops Hilton have kept all of the original attributes we were concerned might change.
Should you find yourself taking a trip to the Hilton Tops, be sure to partake in their (best ever in my opinion) the "Hilton" beer battered fish fry, outstanding subs, salads, and desserts on hand. You will be so very glad you did.

Other colleagues at work bring pastries in from around Rochester and nobody has yet brought in an apple fritter that tastes half is good or has the texture that Hilton tops bakes into every apple fritter every day. Everyone in my department stops by my area on fridays and often contribute. I'm sure it's not so much a tops recipe as much as a personal recipe from those who put their pride in their work and have experience and what makes the perfect combination. The staff is excellent.
