Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Patterson

I was kind of upset with my order. 2 of my drinks were made wrong and 1 tasted horrible. To spend so much money on a drink and you get home and they aren’t correct is kind of getting annoying. The location constantly runs out of thing like whip cream and flavors. But I don’t understand why the drinks are always made wrong . People taking orders should actively listen and people making drinks should realize if they don’t look right or if something is odd about the order… It stinks this is the closest location. Maybe someone needs to come and check over the location and make sure the employees have everything they need to make the drinks correctly and have everything needed for the allocation to function It is just happening to often to not say something …. Is it too much to expect that when you are paying over $5,00 for an iced tea beverage . . .. that the person making it has been trained adequately as to what the correct proportions of tea, to lemonade to sweetener are? I had stopped coming to this location a while ago because I could never seemed to get a venti black tea lemonade, sweetened made correctly here. Worst customer service! And they weren’t even busy!! No help at all with a rewards i had, girl at the front just said it didn’t work. Didn’t try again nor tried to take a look at it. Made the drink, looked at me and didn’t even tell me that my drink was ready. Continued to do whatever it was she was doing. And drink was made extremely sweet! And no cold brew. Beyond disappointed!
