Subway — Restaurant in Town of Patterson

Horrible costumer service. I went in just before 8:30 to order a 6 inch sub and they were already closing up. I walked to the counter and the Hispanic guy named Jaysen was extremely rude, didn’t greet me and said “We close in 30 minutes, you can’t eat here and you can’t pay cash”. I told him I didn’t plan to eat there and he was extremely rude and rolled his eyes. I decided to just leave and called to get the managers name and he said “I am the manager you can tell me” I said I would like your managers name so I can contact him in regards to my recent experience”. He told me he didn’t have a manager and then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know when his manager would be there. I ordered my food using the app around 11:50 and put it for pickup at 12:15pm. I get there at 12:20 and grab my sandwich and head back to my car. Take a bite and I’m instantly in pain from how hard my sandwich was. It was like a rock. I got back inside to get it remade and I’m mad and in pain, I’m asking them when it was made and the young lady couldn’t even understand what I was asking her. She tells me when I ordered it, that’s not what I wanted to know. I tell her it’s hard as a rock my mouth is throbbing in pain and she says it’s because it’s toasted. BS. Then proceed to tell her coworker in Spanish that I’m mad that it’s hard because it’s toasted. It’s not because it’s toasted it’s because it’s been sitting there for 20...

Okay I went in for quick bite with my kids. I have normal customer service and nice sandwiches. But second time around, there was two ladies one did her job..but sandwiches I wish I could have taken pictures because I ate at subway..many many times but...not like this...usually they have lots of vegetables when you ask for them...but what I got was..literally (full size bread) flate bread with very little vegetables and meat. I only taste bread. I am sure how the management is doing but are vegetables pandemic too? Are they quarantine? I mean for $9 + tax sandwiche should look like a sandwiches no? Not going back..need to find better Deli...
