I was so impressed and thankful for the thoughtfulness of the staff at this location. My place of work wanted to order pizza for lunch, which is not always easy for me because I am vegan. I decided to order with them and get a cheeseless veggie pizza. They didn't give me a hard time about it at all, at other places I have tried this I can hear the eye rolls. Then they actually took to the time to call me back to inform me that there is parmesan cheese in the regular pizza sauce and see if I wanted marinara sauce on the pizza instead. Horrible!! Used to be so good but, quality has gone way down and prices have gone way up. Chicken wings had barely any sauce on them and were cold when picked up. Very red inside. Subs were sub-par. No pun intended. Last time we ordered from Webster, a tuna sub, they put no mayo in the tuna!! Thought we would give Fairport a try... nope! Being a faithful Mark's diner for years, we give up. This is the 3rd time in a row we’ve ordered a pizza and it was not edible. The other two times we brought it back. We started ordering from somewhere else. We gave this location another shot because we had to order fast. I ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza, fries, and wings. We ordered the wings to be well done. They were mush. The large pizza was not cooked in the middle at all. The medium pizza was fine. We don’t have time to return it and complain because we don’t have time. But this is ridiculous.
