I stopped by this location (drive-thru) after reading reviews that the front door was often locked. I ordered a pumpkin spice latté and asked the server if there would be eat-in opportunities this weekend (I was hoping to meet an out of town friend here). I was enthusiastically told “Yes!” End results? *My latte was delivered without pumpkin spice flavoring. I had already driven away before figuring this out. I made arrangements to meet my friend here Sunday morning at 11:15. The door was LOCKED Sunday morning as other reviewers have griped. I knocked until someone came to the door. “We don’t have enough servers to open.” There were at least 3 servers on duty. My friend arrived by Uber, we piled his stuff into my car and drove up the street to Starbucks. The place was mobbed with people—almost every seat taken, and easily 12+ people waiting for orders. Other behind me and still nothing after multiple times asking for assistance. Pulled up to their window and could not see anyone. Called and no one answered. After asking for assistance some more 2 ladies finally came to the window in a rush and said their headsets weren’t working but coincidentally they rushed to start taking orders for the next cars waiting. I asked for 1 dozen donuts and 1 dozen bagels and was told they don’t have enough and don’t make enough at their location. They couldn’t do a dozen of anything even though it’s on their menu. Read moreI generally love Tim Hortons and I try not to leave negative reviews, but yeesh... I've not been there once where they've gotten it right and I've given several chances. Getting someone to stop talking and come to the register, get the order into the computer properly, then stop talking long enough to fill my order (let alone properly) has been an issue on almost every visit. Then there's stuff like running out of several sandwich components during breakfast and only then putting them into the oven after you've ordered ("do you mind waiting ten minutes, we just ran out of eggs") just says there's a lack of management or preparedness that needs addressing.
The people have generally been nice and you can pretty much expect the same thing from any fast food place, I really hope some day it's not so frustrating at...
