I live down the street from this Dunkin, and mainly come here because of convenience. I am a VERY frequent customer and usually order from The on the go app. Today my fiancé walked into the lobby to grab our order and added on a breakfast sandwich. The only worker that was working on our food was not wearing a mask. My question is if we are required to wear a mask to protect your employees, why are your employees not wearing a mask to protect us and other customers food? We have a photograph for proof. It made us feel extremely uncomfortable and that should be your companies main priority (protecting not only your employees but us too). I spend so much money at Dunkin, and the last thing I want to do is go somewhere else. But this completely turned me off. This location needs training and messes up constantly. I’ve been disrespected by a female worker before with attitude when my drink was made incorrectly and she went on to tell me I was wrong, I proceeded to say I come here almost daily and I know by the color of the drink if it is made correctly....The overall health and wellness of customers is at risk and I’m hoping that after reading this Dunkin will make the...

My son ordered a large Butter pecan ice coffee What 2 cream 2 sugar and Ended up with just plain iced coffee with cream No Sugar. My Daughter ordered a cosmic grape Colada and Got a strawberry one instead. I literally spend $40 at least a week at DD. I Should of known something was gonna be wrong She gave me 3 drinks and one straw so I waited for another 3 minutes for her to open the window and look at me like I was crazy. I was like I still need to more straws. As she handed me the other 2 with an attitude. Maybe I'll just start driving the extra mile to go to Tim Hortons...
Read moreKinda funny how they have a sign instructing employees to use paper towel when washing hands, yet they do not provide paper towels in the bathroom, just one of those loud Excel hand dryers that everyone in the restaurant can hear. Also they didn't have Pretzel Rolls available even though they are advertised, but I believe that was a temporary situation.
Otherwise, this is a really nice Dunkin' Donuts. The old Pellegrino's was divided up to make this space. Dunkin' got the side with the main entrance, I believe some office space is on the patio side. Still the patio furniture was there and I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you wanted to enjoy your F&B out on the patio instead. There is a nice sitting area that kind of resembles something you'd find at a coffee shop. There are comfy chairs, tables and plenty of outlets so you can hang out for a while if you wanted.
Service was fast and friendly, good breakfast spot if you're...
