Hungry's Grill — Restaurant in Town of Pittsford

At 10pm I called and ordered 2 cheesburgers. I was told it would be 1 hr max delivery time.

At 11:30 I still had no food.

I called. The employee who answered was rude and abrupt. When I told him I was waiting on an order he said it just left without asking for any identifying info.

I then asked him his name and he said: Hungrys. I said: No, whats your name. He again said: Hungrys and promptly hung up on me.

I then called back and asked for a manager. I got a guy who said his name was Wes and he was the manager.

I told him id been waiting a few minutes shy of 2 hours for my food. He said: It just left. Again without asking any identifying questions.

I live 3 min drive from Hungrys.

About 15 mins later a driver showed up. I told him I was not paying for my food. That I had waited 2 hrs for 2 burgers.

He had a tablet, but no phone. He went back to his car. He made a call then called out: Youre not paying? I said: No way. Then he got in his car and left.

This was my very first order with Hungrys. I am very loyal to vendors who treat me with respect.

This was unbelievable.

I would never go to or order from Hungrys again.

Ive been delivering from here for YEARS & THE OWNER (ASSUMING) IS RUDE for absolutely NO REASON & EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here! Cocky AND NEVER ON TIME DESPITE 3/4 PEOPLE WORKING AT A TIME NO MATTER HOW PATIENT AND STEADFAST A DRIVER CAN BE!
