Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

I can not say enough positive things about this specific Dunkin Donuts. I have visited this specific location around 300 times in the last year. My mother's memory care facility is nearby and its a great easy trip to take with her as a "special treat." The drive-through is everything you are looking for: quick, efficient and cost effective. More than that though, I have to say that developing relationships with the drive-through team has been a real bright spot in what has been a pretty tough last year and I look forward to each daily visit now. I realize Dunkin Donuts is never going to compare in terms of food quality with higher end bakeries, but for my mother and I, this is the absolute perfect spot to have a quick tea, munchkins and chat with the team all while feeling like we aren't breaking the bank with daily visits. Consistency is key and with all the orders we've put in over the last year I don't think they've gotten a single order incorrect, truly amazing. I hope if management is watching this, they let the staff know they are greatly appreciated by "regular" customers like us because it means a lot to have the crew there remembering my usual order (and all its variations) and greeting my mom and I with a smile each day....

I went to Dunkies this morning because I had a free expresso drink reward. I ordered a Shakin’ Espresso drink, thinking that obviously would be a drink covered by the coupon, but it was not. As I was adding money to my Dunkies card, the very kind associate (I wish I had her name; she had black color hair in a pony tail, thank you!!!) had a lead take the charge off of the drink. Thank you so much for doing such a kindness for a loyal Dunkies customer. I will always shop my local Dunkies...

This is the BEST Dunkin Donuts I have been to. The workers are super friendly and sweet, my order is always correct every time, they are fast and everything always tastes fresh. They always have what I want and I highly recommend this location. Good job guys you’re killing it !!! The management and workers at this location are bomb !!
