I have to write this review in shame, this has always been the Dunkin’ Donuts my family and I have gone to since I was a teenager, but at this point I won’t step foot in it. Not that long ago the crew was good friendly and got everything right, but ever since the new manager Rheana took Over, it has been an absolute train wreck. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She previously yelled at my father, who is approaching his 80s because he almost grabbed the wrong drink. I politely confronted her about the fact that they are so disorganized that he didn’t know, and her reply was “I don’t have time for you dude, back off”. I have brought my children in there and have heard her cursing and swearing with the friends she’s hired and making references to LSD, raves and other drugs… not to mention if you go in there there is a 60% chance your order will be wrong and you will be waiting much longer than previous managers.I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve waited in line while she’s gossiping with her friends in the back, blatantly ignoring the front desk and only focusing on the drive-through. My second encounter with this manager Rheana, was after I had gotten sugar in my coffee twice after asking not to have any sugar like usual. She aggressively put the coffee on the counter which she spilled and walked away, I asked her for napkins and to take some of the coffee out so I’m not wearing it. All she did was give me a dirty look dumped some of the coffee and aggressively put a napkin on the coffee while walking away talking smack. And to conclude everything, and to make all matters worse, my friends and family have heard her making fun and talking badly about customers many times. Save yourself the trouble and either go to Glen Street or Fort Edward, because Rheana was ran this place to the ground with her unprofessional ways...
Read moreWent in this morning and spent almost 30$ on coffee a donut and an English muffin. They gave me wrong size drinks and then rolled her eyes at me when I said something. Then gave me our hot drinks in a tray... only two of them... and instead of putting them across from each other put them right next to each other and when I handed them over, they spilled cause they were clearly not balanced. So I say something about that and they said I had to pay for another chai. Then they forget our donut and at this point I’m so annoyed that I stated that I will not pay for another drink when they’ve messed up and it’s their mistakes not mine. So the manager asks me to pull up so they can take care of the other customers behind me in the drive thru... and I did. But guess it wasn’t far enough up, so I was told to move up further. Then I waited for almost five minutes and still no chai. So now I’m getting mad because my five kids and I had somewhere we had to be 10min beforehand. So I get out of the car, go inside and you can tell I’m mad... and there is my drink just finished so I grab it and head out the door in a huff and the lady behind the counter says to me ..”you don’t have to be rude..” really??? I’m sorry, but I feel at this point that I have right and reason to be rude. And upset. And I was. Here’s the thing... if it had been the first time, I probably wouldn’t have been so upset, but it’s not. Not with this Dunkin’ on Dix Ave. And I always tell myself I’m not going there any more. But, unfortunately, it’s the only Dunkin on way to church every Sunday so that’s where we stop. But, no more!! Frappes from McDonalds...
Read moreI love my Dunkin. But this is the worse Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I went there yesterday 2/26/23 around 3-4pm and ordered an ice tea and an iced matcha latte at the drive through. (Adding this- at the car dealership next door they were unloading cars so it was a little loud, also I just had spinal surgery and it was hard to get my body close to the speaker to talk loud). It was hard to hear the person but I believed she got my order correct. I went to the window and she handed me my ice tea and a hot matcha. I kindly said that we ordered a iced not a hot, the girl then in a condescending voice said that “we asked you multiple times and you just kept talking over us” and then gave a dirty look. This surprised me. When she came back to the window, I calmly said. You should not talk to people like that, it was loud and if you could not hear me you should have confirmed my order when I got to the window. She then stated again very rudely and condescending that she has asked me multiple times and I didn’t say hot or cold. I then said, why are you so rude! I said that due to me normally going to this location and she always has an attitude. I asked her name and she said it was Jess or Jessica. She then said I hope you have the day you deserve and have another dirty look. Wow! Never again will I go there. This employee needs to not be working in fast food and in a customer service field. She has such an attitude problem and does not treat anyone nicely. This was with my 7 year old daughter in the car and even my daughter could not believe how...
