I went to drive thru about a week and a half ago. Ordered big breakfast platter with hot cakes.. After paying for order, drive thru clerk never gave me a receipt for the meal. When I got to my job I noticed the platter had just pancakes and meat. No eggs or hash browns was in there. I Called them from my job phone asking why my meal was missing things. She asked to look up order by receipt which clerk never gave me. And I asked for my money back which she said she wouldn't do if I didn't have my receipt. That upset me as I brought the whole meal back and lost time from my meal break. When I got there I asked for my money and was irate at that point.. At the same time a UPS driver came in and said he ordered a 2 for $3 sandwich and drove away and notice his bag was kind of light and looked into it and saw there was only 1 sandwich in there.. he was upset and we both exchanged words of what happened and he agreed with the lack of service that morning.. I asked to speak to manager. The lady Manager was in lobby speaking with an employee and never entertained the fact that there was a situation until I interrupted her by saying excuse me. I asked for a courtesy meal for losing my time which she denied. I don't complain but that morning I had to express that this Mcdonalds talks to their customers like they don't owe you the service you pay for, don't own up to their mistakes and treat essential workers like trash. No receipt, missing items in bag for me and Ups driver. We both had to come back. And when asked to give me corporates number she handed me a cup and said call the number. So every customer that wants corporate number you going to hand them a cup or write the number down? Staff needs to...
Read moreI was there with my mother and my step father, we were traveling from South Jersey to upstate Vermont for my brother's wedding. We decided to stop at this McDonald's because it was on our route. My mom ordered first, then my step dad, and I said "make that two, I'll have the same thing, sausage McMuffin meal". With no reaction from the employee, I said again, "I'll have the same as him, did you get that?" It was almost like she pretended to push a button and looked at me and said "yes". She was Mexican, and the ONLY reason why I say that is because I believe there was a language barrier and that was mostly likely the reason why she just said "yes". I don't think she lied, I think she didn't understand what I said. So the food comes out and it's my mother's hot cakes and only one sausage McMuffin meal which was my step fathers. Kinda sucked because that food took a little bit longer then we wanted it to, because we wanted to get back on the road asap, but now we are forced to wait longer. Wasn't that big of a deal, but if I wasn't fluent in German, I wouldn't work at a...
Read moreThis is a pretty decent Mcdonald's. As far as fast food restaurants go, Mcdonald's seem to be the gold standard. It doesn't compare to normal restaurants for obvious reasons but the food is consistent. One of the most surprising things that I've realized about Mcdonald's is that their coffee is actually very good. To my surprise it was better than Dunkin' Donuts at more than half the price. I wish it was open 24 hours per day but that doesn't contribute into my rating. The only issue I've incurred is getting the order wrong or incomplete or forgetting to include a specific condiment that was requested. My biggest issue was the parking lot and driving areas are a mess. For a business dedicated to the drive-thru, you expect to at least...
