I will not give marks pizza even one star due to the customer service we received this evening. I placed an online order, and the confirmation, with tip, stated we were charged $39.40. After over an hour, I called wondering where my order was. I was told the order never went through, and I had to order again. This time, the total was over $40 (and some change, without tip for the exact same order). I hung up, not thinking about it and later realized how much more I was paying, without even giving the driver a tip. I called back, and asked why the order was so much more. there was no explanation. The girl went to get the manager and the manager then told me the order "was already out the door" and that essentially, refunding the extra money was too much work for him. Read moreI'm not entirely sure why but they keep consistently messing up orders. Every single time. Not even once has an order been accurate or full. They forget drinks if you order them, or they give you the wrong drink like ordering a 2L and they give you a 20oz. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, and didn't have BBQ on it at all. The Burger with chips and pickle, no pickle at all. Last time I ordered the delivery guy never sent the refund for forgetting the 2L. This place is an absolute joke if you order delivery. You HAVE to get dine-in or take-out so you can make sure your order is correct before you leave the door. I'd understand maybe once in a while something gets messed up, but messing up EVERY single order is absurd. Especially for their prices. A few other places around town have cheaper prices for food and drinks so there's no excuse why orders keep getting messed up. You apparently pay extra here for less.
