Bridge Street Diner — Restaurant in Town of Saint Johnsville

Great little place that I had no idea was there. My mother-in-law and niece wanted to take me out for breakfast for my birthday today so The Bridge Street Diner is where we went. I was pleasantly surprised with the what you could order at that time in the morning. I'm not a "breakfast" person, so it worked out great that I could order a burger and fries (for breakfast). Great food, friendly staff, and service. Love my food choice. The pancake was deliciously soft, warm and fluffy and you could tell it was homemade as well as my crispy and flavorful hash browns... and my coffee was excellent. My husband had the sausage and eggs and he loved it... I highly recommend the Bridge St Diner. Congratulations to the Chef and the rest of the staff! Waitress was very nice despite me being a bit of a scruffy looking fellow. Had the turkey club. The bacon was thick and crunchy, veggies were refreshing, and it was loaded with turkey. The fries were also seasoned and cooked perfectly, slight crisp on the exterior with a pillowy interior. The coffee is also very good.
