Big MaMa's Cheesecakes — Restaurant in Town of Salina

Joe actually moved heaven and earth to get my sister her birthday cake. there was an issue with the delivery at first, the cake got left behind in the shop. I called to check up and see if it had arrived and maybe they forgot to call and he was so kind and apologetic about it, literally personally drove the half hour away to deliver it himself, was very patient in spite of my sister's place being hard to find, and very kindly gave us the cake for free due to the near-miss delivey (even though i asked multiple times if he was sure he didn't want me to pay!!) We agreed i would leave a good review as payment so here it is. Good customer service and genuine kindness through thick and thin and the cheesecake is reportedly very delicious!! means a lot to me because I live 5ish hours from my sister and we don't see each other so often, so I'm glad I got to give her...

I wish I could give you a million stars. I’ve been there twice, both experiences were very similar. They were engaging, friendly and overall amazing. Both times I walked out of there feeling like I visited an old friend. This time I was introduced to his Son. Dad was so proud and you could see and feel the love between them.

Prices were very good. $45 for a whole cheesecake. It was so large, I’d guess double the size/weight of the factory chain, it barely looks like six people ate some. Thank goodness Cheesecake freezes well.

The cheesecake (lemon raspberry) was amazing. It was so creamy and had the perfect amount of flavor. If you get your cheesecake at the factory restaurant, you are missing out. It’s like comparing frozen food to fresh.

Please support this local business. It is a rare treasure...

BIG SHOUT OUT TO Big MaMa's Cheesecake Co.!!!! AMAZING AMAZING!! My wife ordered me a sugar free reese’s peanut butter cup cheesecake for my birthday. Boy o’ boy was it rich, thick, and filling. Both my father and I agreed it was perfect with a cup of hot black coffee.

I grabbed two other slices for folks wanting sugar filled options; the Oreo and the Tiramisu (on the recommendation of the owner). Both were VERY good choices.

Speaking of the owner, he was so kind and has great character. 🤗
