Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Salina

Says they do not train thier employees to change gloves between using the machine and food. I went through the drive tru, noticed that the employee did not change out her gloves while she was touching other items in the kitchen, toaster oven buttons, didnt switch out gloves between orders, etc while handling my food. I know proper infection control practices, and some diseases/viruses (hep B) can last on services for days. Imagine someone uses the bathroom does not wash their hands and then touches those services. Well she had touched my food with those same gloves . I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor. She said there was none. So then i explained why, she said that i could not get a refund, i would have to come back tomorrow. ( i do not live in that area was traveling from hospital my aunt had a stroke). And while she was saying this she was giving attitude, snaping her neck, and clapping her hands. Then the lady in the background another employee was yelling saying that i would have to wait and being rude and rushing me off, no costumer service skills at all. So then i just left without a refund. I called cooporate, they said i had to contact the franchise director, who in return pretty much was telling me that they do not train thier empoyees to change gloves before touching food, that it is policy to touch oven, because oven should be cleaned often. And after a little bit of me pushing the concern she finally said that i can send her a picture of my reciept and that she would give to her mangar to see if maybe it could be reviewed. She also noted that her mangaer is a very busy women and maybe not get back to me soon at all and could not gurenteee a refund. it has been 3 weeks no response yet. I gave them time to review it. Worst service I’ve EVER received from a Dunkin in over 30 years of patronage!!! I ordered the brisket hash brown breakfast cup thing. The girl at the drive thru acted like talking to me was beneath her. She stared at the cash I handed her like I just gave her Monopoly money, and barely wanted to hand me my change. When I got into my office I opened my breakfast to find what looked like it was not finished, only had hash browns, every little egg, almost no meat and no cheese. I was disappointed with what I paid for so I called the store. The girl from the drive thru answered and said she was the manager- when I asked her name she hung up on me. I called back and the person I spoke to said she was the manager- and she insisted my food was made correctly because SHE made it… like I have nothing better to do with my day than to call restaurants lying about something I paid for!!! Anyway she told me if I bright my food back she would remake it! I am at work, I don’t have time to leave my office and bring it back. If they don’t want to serve black people just say that then! Cause I was handled like a lying thief, over something they did wrong! This was by far the worst representation of the quality service and care I’ve come to know as Dunkin. I went to the 7th North Street Syracuse, NY location for my first time today due to there not being any other local coffee shops or bagel shops in the area. I ordered a bagel, toasted with butter. The young girl working the drive thru window didn’t greet nor ask if I wanted a receipt, just stared at me blankly with no emotion. After receiving my bagel, I took one bite and it tasted like rubber. I went back through the drive thru to order a replacement and when I approached the second window to receive it I asked the same young girl working there if the bagel was days old and she ignored my question and tried closing the window, I then repeated myself and she didn’t answer me. She didn't apologize for the disgusting bagel, neither did management or a supervisor, and she ignored my question again but instead replied, “ok, are you all done?” Then smiled an immature, “kill the customer with kindness smile.” This location should hire people with customer service skills and should throw away day to days old food and give customers fresh food.
