The line was 10 cars long and we waited for over 45 minutes to place an order. When we finally got to the speaker a woman took our order we said "we would like two spicy chicken sandwhiches with extra pickes" the lady said the total was 3 dollars and we were confused. We got to the window and was greeted by a woman who immediately pulled her mask down and asked what we had ordered. We answered and when she gave us the receipt we realized she had rung us up for two spicy mcchickens. We told another worker that the order was wrong and that we wanted the two new spicy chicken sandwiches. He told the woman the order was wrong and she started to yell and swear in the kitchen that we sudden changed our order. The guy gave us the new price but didn't refund us the original money we paid. We asked for it back and he seemed confused but refunded us and we paid for the new sandwiches. While he was refunding the money I noticed the same woman in the behind him, she had taken the mask off completely at this point. When the guy gave us out order I asked for the womans name and he said her name was Bernice. We opened our sandwiches in the parking lot and not only were they slopply put together but there was barely any sauce on them. I am very concerned with the health and safety of staff and customers at this location with Bernice not wearing her mask but also yelling and cursing in the kitchen while the...
Read moreEdit: it's been over a year since my last nasty review and I've since given this spot another try. I've ordered 3 times in the last month or so and it's been a totally different experience. The staff has been aces and the food was as close to fresh as fast food gets.
(Leaving my old nasty review up for the sake of transparency/clarity)
First time I tried to order here I was on my way in to an early shift, website said they were open 24hrs. They were not. 2 months later they still haven't updated their hours. Figured I'd give it another shot on my way home from work another day cuz I was really hungry. Service was terrible, cashier was rude as hell, the bun was stale, and the order was wrong. I've ordered here a few times simply because it's convenient, and every single time the order has been wrong and the bun has been stale. At this point it's not even gross incompetence, they must actively listen to the order and then make it wrong on purpose. They'd have to get it right at least once by accident. You could literally train a monkey to do this job, I know because I've worked in both fast and full food service. The attitude of the employees range from just don't care, to flat out angry that they actually have to work in order to get paid. Never again. Go to the KFC/Taco Bell down the road instead, friendlier staff, better service,...
Read moreWith one car at the window and nobody in line in front of me, it took the attendant 2 minutes to say anything, and that was because I said, "Hello. Is anybody there?" She said,"I'll be with you in a minute." Six minutes later, she finally took my order. At the window, I waited another two minutes until I finally pulled up to the second window. The woman opened the window, said the price, didn't say hello, sorry for the wait..., nothing. I asked if they offered a military discount, she said no. I gave her my card, paid... she handed it back, handed me my good and coffee, and never said another word! No "thank you, have a good day, please come again....! NOTHING!! Seriously, the worst service, rudest, most ignorant bunch of employees I have ever seen at a drive thru!! As this is the closest McDonalds to my parents, this is the one I frequent the most, and this lack of courtesy is par for the course at this location!
Food was average at best! Under-filled cold fries, ½ slice of cheese on my Filet-o-fish, slobbered with tartar even though I asked for light tartar, the Big Mac was a sloppy mess in the Box it came in... This is production line food prep. Follow the instruction!
It's probably the worst location in the area, and who DOESN'T offer a measly 10% for our military and veterans in this day and...
