Tully's Good Times Liverpool — Restaurant in Town of Salina

Went last night for dinner with my husband. There was almost no one in the restaurant customer wise, so you’d think that service would be fast. Nope.

We were waiting for a table and another group of customers was leaving and tried to pay at the hostess stand. They were told they had to pay at the table and they said that their server hadn’t been to their table in forever. Should have known right then it was a bad sign.

Seated fiveish minute later and the server took forever to greet us. Appetizer came out fast which was good but we sat there for 20 minutes before he came back over to check on us. Which at this point I was out of a drink. Only reason he came over to us was because he brought us our food. Took another 20 minutes for him to bring me my refill and ketchup. My husband ordered a salad and didn’t have silverware. He had to wait another 10 minutes for him to bring silverware.

Server came back finally after another half hour and at this point just assumed we were done and threw the boxes and check on the table. We wanted dessert so we asked for the Cookie Monster. He came back ten minutes later to tell me they were out of cookies. Which would take another 20 minutes. At this point I wanted to leave. So I said no to the dessert and put my card on the table.

Took him ten minutes to come grab the check again and my card to pay.

We were there for two hours.

My husband pointed out to me after that he saw the server literally sitting down at a table just talking to someone else every time he left our table. I wish he had told me sooner.

No manager was ever in sight.

We were one of three small groups of customers. Service should have not been like that.

Went there with my 9 and 12 year old, my 9 year old had a kids menu as she wanted and drinks were ordered. When drinks were brought out then they took our order and my 9 year old ordered off the kids menu. The issue was when she asked for a refill of her lemonade, the waiter said they are not free refills I said ok to get it after the waiter walked away my daughter told me kids meals are free refills. I asked the waiter when he returned with the bill and was told she was given a regular size not a kids size because my 12 year old was ordering off adult menu and got a regular size to he didn't want my 9 year old to feel different so he had got her a regular instead of kids size. Mean while I was charged for 2 lemonade with a kids meal for an additional $6.58. Either Tully's is desperate for up charges or the waiter is looking for a bigger tip. ( that didn't work) I asked for a manager the only would take 1 lemonade charge off, still charging for 1 with a kids meal, I the asked for the manager after about 5 minutes a lady shows up at the table and said nothing for several seconds then said you wanted to see me, unsure if she was a manager or not because she never introduced her self I told her the issue she corrected the bill, this all taking 10 -15 minutes. We frequent here alot in the fall when we are in the area, about 10 times but that may change. They need to train there people better to...

My wife adult daughter and myself came to this location yesterday. We were seated right away, order was taken quickly. Food came my wife cut her burger in half to make sure it was fully cooked and it was, she needed to check because about a month ago when we were there it was still red inside when she asked for no pink. We started to eat and my daughter said the her chicken and broccoli Alfredo was dry with almost no sauce, our waitress never returned until my wife and I were almost done eating meanwhile my daughter hadn't eaten because of the dry pasta. The waitress asked if we needed anything else, my daughter asked if she could get more sauce for the dry pasta it was brought out about five minutes later, she dumped the sauce and mixed it in and asked for a takeout container to take home to eat. When I got the bill I was charged $2.00 for extra sauce, I questioned the waitress and she said that she had to charge for it, I asked to speak to a manager she came out and was not very friendly but removed the$2.00 charge. I tip based on the service and have not tipped such little in a long time. It was because not seeing the waitress for 10 to 15 minutes after food was brought out to see if everything was ok and my daughter of being able...
