My girlfriend and I decided to stop here for the first time very recently for lunch. We were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and kind. We decided to eat inside, but the patio is a great spot for eating as well!

We each ordered a different burger. Mine had LTO, guacamole, bacon and their signature revolution sauce. They cook their burgers to medium doneness for safety and in all honesty is the best doneness for a burger anyway. The beef was very rich and tender. The toppings were very fresh. The guacamole was nice and smooth and mild and the revolution sauce was nothing like your standard thousand island. The revolution sauce was a great mix of lightly sweet, savory and smokey. All of this was between a brioche bun and all came together so nicely.

In summary, the service is great and the food is crafted with love. Highly recommend anyone in the area to stop in for a bite...

This is a must stop if you are near Schuylerville! We had the 1777 paninis and a side of fries, Wow! I have a new favorite sandwich! The fries are also wonderful. Eating on the outside deck when the weather is nice is also a plus. (We did have to have them wipe the...
