Brickyard Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Saugerties

• update- I appreciate the management responding to my comment and refunding me the money. I’m a firm believer in supporting local and appreciate them making the situation right.*

I placed my order online at 4:40 pm for a 5:40 pick up. I went to pick up the food exactly at 5:40 and they tell me they forgot to cook my food give them 7 minutes. I go in my car come back in at 5:55 (15 minutes). They say “oh wow we forgot your calzone the receipt got stuck behind another receipt give us 5 minutes”. I go back in 6:10 and they just hand me my boxes and say “sorry about the wait”. 30 minutes waiting. They didn’t even offer me a 2 liter bottle of soda or a refund of any sort. . Pizza was cold by the time I got home and calzone was obviously rushed. they shouldn’t offer online ordering if they don’t look at it to be done at time requested. An hour is more then enough time to expect it at the time requested. I paid and gave a tip when ordering and they didn’t refund anything and I couldn’t change the tip amount. I’m disappointed by a new business that wouldn’t make the customer time a priority. Will not be returning based on how they handled...

Well, when they first opened their pizza was pretty darn good. Not too thin, not too thick. Not over saucy. Not salty. It seemed to be a pretty darn good pizza but the last 2 times we ordered, it just wasn't the same. You could tell by taste & how thin it was, it was greasier & really salty and to top it off we ended up sick. I chalked the first time up to maybe we caught a stomach bug and gave them another shot & once again we're sick. Sorry but twice is one time too many for us. I don't know what changed or why but this stinks.. And the so called garlic bread was a sub roll overly loaded with butter & oil dripping and barely even baked. It was flat like it was pressed down to get a little browning on the edge & overly saturated. It was gross, one bite & we threw it away. However extremely fast delivery, we had our order within 15-20 mins of ordering & they are about 10...

We ordered a large Mediterranean pizza, two cheese slices, wings and a salad. We got a pepperoni and sausage pizza, no slices, our salad (skimping) and the wings (perfect). We are understanding and called them to ask for what we ordered. They got defensive and demanded the large pepperoni and sausage pizza back, and the driver was back in minutes to get it, and he dropped off our slices. We called back and asked about our Mediterranean pizza and they again got defensive so we asked for our money instead. We waited for over 40 minutes and called again. They were short with us and rude. When the delivery driver came with our refund he was acting aggressive. We were shocked and shook from this whole experience and will no longer...
