I wanted to love them sooo bad… I saw a comment saying the food was too bland but I probably would’ve preferred it that way. It was waaaay too salty for my liking. Don’t get me wrong though, great environment, very friendly customer service, I wanted to like it so bad but my taste buds just didn’t agree. No regrets though, I’m glad I got to support a small local authentic restaurant. I’d come back in a few months to try again, y’all just gotta be easy on the salt or seasoning. Newly opened Mr Burrito is a little hard to notice, tucked in the end of a Gulf Station strip of stores but we made it in! We were feeling a mix of breakfast and lunch cravings so we stopped and asked if they had breakfast burritos? Not on the menu but they happily offered to make us one! This is authentic Mexican food that you can easily find in Queens, but is all the way out here that you wouldn't expect. We had the birria nachos and torta and it was so tasty.
