Overall, my best experience with a Pizza franchise in past few years. Pros: A well maintained nice and clean establishment. Good tasting pizza. Truly professional and courteous behavior all around. A shout out to the manager Jennifer - she and her staff are the best. Cons: None. We were returning from the Catskill mountains after experiencing some pretty decent fall foliage. Enroute, we ordered pizza from the nearest Dominos that the map showed. That happened to be the Dominos franchise at Saugerties, NY. Based on experiences going back at least a couple of decade, our expectations with such pizza places are minimal - grab your pizza and walk out. Most look like sweatshops with very little time or patience for providing any customer experience. So when we walked inside the establishment, we were somewhat pleasantly surprised at seeing a neat and clean place - well lit and surprisingly well-ventilated to not have that overpowering pizza smell through the air. The place looked appealing to sit-n-eat. We asked the manager Jennifer who was checking out our order if we can sit and eat our pizza. Her prompt response - "Of course. Would you like some paper plates and napkins?". She promptly reached out under the counter and got us some paper plates and napkins, and also asked if we needed some red-pepper that were nicely stacked on the desk. As we thanked her and sat down, we noticed her staff not only paying attention to their job but also engaged in occasional light-chats. The whole setup was a welcome change from mostly overworked-employees-sweatshops that we so frequently encounter these days. The restrooms were kept nice and clean. While Jennifer had stepped away, I went up to the counter. The person baking the pizza (I forgot to get his name) quickly came up to the counter asking if I needed any help. It seemed like there was a well-bonded team in place. A very pleasant experience overall. That's how Pizza franchises used to be once upon a time. And that's how they need to be.

They were pretty good. They’re no papa johns but with a limited option, I can’t complain. Way better than that Toscos Pizza place down the street. I ate it all in one sitting and had a bbq ssuce to dip my pizza in. Very delicious. I mean it’s dominoes, if you mess that up then what is life, really lol

I order from this dominos on a regular basis . I usually have no issues but tonight I was very unsatisfied . I had ordered two pan pizzas and we received them very quickly didn’t think much of it but after eating a few bites I noticed it was really soggy and doughie in the middle of the pie.. clearly undercooked along with the other pie when I called they said that” they don’t really replace orders the have been eatin at all “ and that we “should have made a request to have it well done” . If it wasn’t cooked all the way it’s not even considered ready or “done” in the end they were going to bring us another two replacement pies but I just didn’t appreciate the way the comments were made especially when I ordered there all the time and just expect my food to be cooked all the way...

Worst worst customer service!!! Its 1:30pm when i ordered, whoever worked behind the desk (who sounded like she just woke up and was on Lala land)that day and time took my order. I repeated REMINDED her NOT To forget the garlic sauce. Not only does she forget it ( LALA LAND) but SHE gets upset with ME and tells me the delivery guy has to make all his other runs before he can come to you.?? “Oh, now im no longer important b/c they took my money”!! Then she tells me its very expensive for the Gas for the delivery driver to come back to me, hangs up on me and when i call back to get a refund and return the food. She doesnt pick up! Stuff like this, makes ppl do...
