Hawaii poke & ramen — Restaurant in Town of Schodack

Came here for lunch by chance during a vacation. Very relaxing atmosphere - it feels like a nice big city stop on the inside despite being outside of Albany. Very clean and inviting. The folks behind the counter welcomed us when we walked in.

The food was incredible. We had Tonkotsu Ramen, Chicken Poke, and Takoyaki. We've never had any of these things before, and it was an amazing first experience. We had fruit tea, which was very good as well. They even have a punch card, so you should keep coming back! As I mentioned, we were here on vacation, so I'm very envious of the locals who get to come here as much as they want.

I LOVE the chicken ramen, hawiian poke bowl, bao buns, sushi burritos, really can't go wrong - I always get two meals out of one it's great quality and portion for the price! LOVE the peach fruit bubble tea (I get the fruit tea without the milk) its my absoulte favorite! I dine in with the family, order at the counter or the self service kiosk and they will bring your order to the table! Sometimes I go by myself and do some work on my laptop, when you order take out they seperate the broth from the noodles and the staff are so friendly very family vibe 💚...

It's really nice to see a different food option here in Castleton on Hudson. When this Poke restaurant first opened up I ordered the pork belly ramen which was excellent. The food and service was good. It's a small place so not a lot of seating. Tonight I ordered my meal through door dash. It arrived quickly and it was still warm. I wanted something light so I got the pork belly bun and pork gyoza. Excellent appetizers. I recommend trying...
