Wasabi Schroon Lake — Restaurant in Town of Schroon

Wasabi has a fast casual atmosphere that breathes modernity but still shows some respect for tradition. The food is priced fairly and is absolutely incredible. I had the hush puppies, the friendship roll, and the Indy 500 roll. I didnt get any raw fish because I cant any more due to a medical condition, but my girlfriend got the rainbow roll and the fish looked colorful and fresh. The fried bananas were only 2.99 and were to die for. I ran out of room and had to take home my vegetable yakisoba, and it was still delicious even reheated. I will be visiting again...

This was s pleasant surprise. Discovered this Take Out Restaurant last week and have eaten there twice now. There are 2, or 3 tables that seat 4, otherwise it is set up like most takeout places. The food is good, we had the California roll which was OK. Heard from friends theirs was good. The faux crab was a bit fishy. The Yaki Soba noodles were good, but the meat yaki soba lacked any vegetables. Next time I’ll get the veggie noodle and add a meat. We will definitely return as this is a great addition to...

We are thrilled to have this excellent new dining option in our little hamlet of SChroon Lake! The smoothies are so refreshing on a hot day, and the atmosphere, service, and food - all excellent! We had hibachi and tempura bento boxes which were a nice combination of things, lots of food for a reasonable cost. I'll try the sushi and rolls next time! Our friends had both and they had great reviews on quality and portion. Looking forward...
