Let me start by saying there’s a $20 minimum on cards in a day and age when nobody carries cash anymore and even if they did who’s spending $20 on an ice cream store especially when you’re one person?! Second the “soft serve” was literally hard ice definitely not running long enough to be soft in the machine…the soft serve was $7.50 and comically small…and being one person not needing a second ice cream I bought a pint to meet the minimum. Then they have these poor girls working asking people if they’d like to leave a graituity and staring at you while you do….normally I’d give a gratuity but after being forced to spend $20 I don’t feel inclined. We stopped in and saw they serve multiple varieties of coffee. Being an ICE CREAM SHOP, we were looking for ICED coffee, we were told no, they don't have ice -_-.
