Let me start by saying there’s a $20 minimum on cards in a day and age when nobody carries cash anymore and even if they did who’s spending $20 on an ice cream store especially when you’re one person?! Second the “soft serve” was literally hard ice definitely not running long enough to be soft in the machine…the soft serve was $7.50 and comically small…and being one person not needing a second ice cream I bought a pint to meet the minimum. Then they have these poor girls working asking people if they’d like to leave a graituity and staring at you while you do….normally I’d give a gratuity but after being forced to spend $20 I don’t feel inclined.
