This place hands down blows the ronkonkama location out of the water. I ordered a ACAI super bowl 32oz on a uber eats order and what sounded like a teenage kid ( this is sunday nov 10th at like 350pm-5pm called me just to make sure my order was the way it was supposed to be. So it was done right. Made it perfect and did exactly as i asked. Last week i paid more money for it at ronkonkama and the worker made it with half granola. And almost no acai. What so ever and i paid more than smithtown. That was the second time that has happened with ronkonkama i would never recommend anyone to order their nor would I ever order anything from there again. My boyfriend & i went to this ralph’s and now we can confidently say this will be the only ralph’s we go to. John, the extremely nice & attentive owner, was the sweetest person we have ever met. he had been closed for an hour and still gave our order to us with a huge smile and great conversation. we were extremely apologetic since we came so late but he didn’t care, he talked to us for 10 minutes and made our day brighter. we love ralph’s but we love this ralph’s A LOT!! his staff is amazing and we couldn’t help but tip them for there amazing work. sincerely...

I had an amazing experience at Ralphs in Smithtown! Their spumoni is absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and packed with that perfect mix of pistachio and chocolate. It’s hands-down the best I’ve ever had! What truly made this special was the owner/staffs incredible customer service.
