Recently read a review of someone complaining about how loud the music is here. I totally agree. Trying to come here to actually get work done is seriously impossible if you don't bring noise canceling headphone w/ you, and even then, hard to concentrate on anything you're doing. You can see the employees fooling around, changing the music every 2 minutes, making it EXTREMELY LOUD. Such a shame b/c the interior and seating is quite spectacular for a starbucks, yet its so hard to enjoy my stay inside. Not to mention, for some reason they make it extremely cold inside as well that I find myself having to go outside to sit b/c my fingers are basically turning numb after a couple minutes of staying indoors. Why is it that a place that looks so promising inside and such great potential, is actually super inconvenient and disappointing. This place is run by people in their 20s that need to have rules set in place about controlling their music and temperature. Saw someone comment that they feel the employees make the interior experience super uncomfortable by blasting the music, making it seem like they're trying to chase us out. Read moreHi, I really do love this Starbucks. My name is Michael. I come here frequently before work sometimes on my lunch break or on the weekends. I had saw the previous comment referring to the young man who’s always in Starbucks. I’ve talked to him a few times, his name is Jacob. He’s actually a really nice kid. He definitely has some things going on. He has a lot of responsibilities. He comes to Starbucks during the day he said so he can get some work done, but he gets really tired because of some issues going on at home. I also think it’s unfair to accuse somebody of stealing if you don’t know. That seems a little prejudiced in my opinion so I wanted to stick up for him. I don’t know about your other experiences with him, but if you talk to him and got to know him, he’s a pretty cool guy. He’s definitely not somebody who I deemed to be with bad intentions. Overall the store is great. The store manager I believe her name is Debbie. She’s great and very helpful and friendly. The staff is great as well. Read moreI’m a loyal Starbucks customer and stop in daily—but I don’t usually visit this location, and after my last two visits, I won’t be returning. On both occasions, the staff was noticeably rude and inattentive. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the barista kept getting it wrong, and when I got to the window, she was too busy discussing her personal life and a migraine with another employee to even acknowledge me properly.
I had to ask twice for a straw—she completely ignored me the first time. The second time, she handed it to me without a word, scanned my app, and shut the window. No greeting, no thank you, no basic courtesy.
To top it off, the bacon and egg bites I ordered were cold, as if they had been sitting there for a while—not freshly prepared. The whole experience felt like an afterthought, not a place that values its customers.
