Bobo's Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Somers

I just wanted pancakes. First I ordered McDonald's breakfast, it keeps "order confirmed" and I never saw it being prepped. I show up, get to the parking lot and get the message that an error occurred and my order has been canceled. NO PANCAKES! Also no breakfast sandwich or coffee for my mom and her friend that I was dropping it off to, but more importantly.. no pancakes. Then I decide to treat myself to Bobo's for the first time, it tells me my order is ready, I get some waffles, breakfast sandwiches and drinks. I ORDERED FROM THE WRONG LOCATION. I call the wrong location and just tell them to keep it, reorder for Baldwin and I finally get some waffles (instead of pancakes), a hot coffee, one breakfast sandwich and a frozen vanilla bean coffee as a sweet treat for my chaotic morning. A smaller order, but me not thinking cost me money, so double check which location you're ordering from!

Waffles are delicious, they came with a generous amount of butter and syrup on the side. My mom said the sausage in her breakfast sandwich was "so spicy", but she thinks water is spicy, she gave it to her friend at work who loved it. No comment on the coffee yet but I'm sure it's fine, it's coffee, the frozen vanilla bean coffee is DELICIOUS. Tastes like I'm drinking a vanilla milkshake, I got it with caramel, oat milk and and an espresso shot.

I just did pick up, LOL, again make sure to check which location you are ordering from. Don't be a dummy like me. It was busy inside, it's not very well lit but I guess with so many people inside, it's better to not have bright lights while you're trying to enjoy your breakfast, especially in the summer. Bobo's is my go-to café! Their seasonal special, "Dem Apples", is absolutely irresistible—imagine a grilled cheese with cheddar and goat cheeses, apple compote, and bacon jam—pure perfection. Their signature breakfast sandwiches, "The Number One" and "The Moe", are also staples that never disappoint.

My husband is a fan of their "Chancho" breakfast sandwich and their seasonal special, "The Lil(ly) Vodka". When extended family and friends visit, they rave about the açaí bowls and smoothies—there’s truly something for everyone.

I’m not typically an oatmeal person, but their "Overnight Oats" have me coming back for more. The option to customize with different fruits and toppings is a huge win, especially since I’m not a fan of bananas and can swap them out for something else.

Their "Iced Lattes" are consistently delicious, and when I’m craving coffee away from home, Bobo’s is my top choice over other local spots.

I wanted to wait to review Bobo’s after my first time because it did not live up to the hype. It was my own fault for not understanding that the avocado on the breakfast sandwich would be mashed, almost guacamole like, which was completely unexpected and not wanted. Was looking for slices avocado.

The second time, I ordered the Bowl Pack which lived up to the expectation. It was delicious and loved the combination of flavors. I added bacon to it, which in hindsight might have been overkill. But good all around.

Was able to enter Bobo’s for the first time, and being able to go in made me like the place even more. I was told to try other items on the menu, and I’ll get to them eventually! And I do enjoy their online ordering system. It’s pretty straight...
