I recently had a profoundly disappointing encounter with an online tools store that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others about the unprofessionalism and subpar services provided by this company.
First and foremost, I must address their customer service, which was shockingly unprofessional. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through phone and email, I was met with delayed responses, if any at all. The customer service representatives I dealt with exhibited a lack of knowledge, empathy, and basic professionalism. It was disheartening to see a company so indifferent to the concerns and frustrations of their customers.
To compound matters, the store opted to ship my order through FedEx, which proved to be a poor choice. Not only did FedEx's tracking system falsely indicate that my package had been delivered, but when it finally did arrive, the condition was abysmal. Instead of using proper shipping boxes, the items were haphazardly placed in flimsy manga boxes, resulting in severe damage. The lack of care in packaging and choice of an inferior shipping method showed a complete disregard for the quality of their products and customer satisfaction.
When I attempted to return the damaged item or request a replacement, the store flatly refused to accommodate my request. Their refusal to accept responsibility for their mistake and rectify the situation only reinforced my disappointment. It is truly disheartening to encounter a company that not only provides substandard products but also refuses to take accountability for their errors.
Furthermore, while their prices may initially seem enticingly low, it quickly becomes apparent that the old adage "you get what you pay for" rings true in this case. After placing an order on their website, my package was shipped through FedEx. According to the tracking number provided, the package had been delivered. However, upon checking my doorstep, there was no sign of the item I had purchased. Naturally, I immediately contacted the store to seek assistance.
What followed was a series of frustrating encounters with their customer service. I made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails, desperately trying to get a response from them. Sadly, their response time was abysmal, and when they did finally respond, the customer service agent I interacted with was unhelpful, unprofessional, and disinterested in resolving my issue.
Despite reaching out during their stated business hours (from 9 am to 4 pm) and ensuring it wasn't a weekend, I received no acknowledgment or resolution. It became apparent that this company had a complete disregard for their customers and their responsibility to provide proper support. They showed a lack of empathy and responsibility, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated.
To add insult to injury, the store not only refused to refund my order but also declined to send a replacement. Their blatant indifference towards resolving the problem left me astounded. This was my first and, without a doubt, my last time ordering from this company.

I bought an air compressor from them and never received any confirmation or did not see a charge on my account so I thought it was not ordered so I ended up buying the same air compressor from another company which sent me a confirmation right away. Fast forward 2 weeks after I received the compressor from another company. I received an email from Tool Nut that the compressor is shipping. I called them that day and talked with a representative and told him I never received any confirmation from them and to cancel it. They said that they had some computer issues and they would cancel the order. He also said that if it was shipped out to reject it from UPS when it arrives. 4 days later it arrived on my dock dropped off by UPS and was not rejected because I was not around. I called immediately but they did not answer the phones between Christmas and New Years. Finally Talked with them after New Years and explained the situation to another representative. They sent me a return form, I filled it out and never heard back. I called a few days later and they told me I could not return the item. They told me they would talk with the company and get back. Well 2 more days later I received an email from them and they said that there will be a 20% restocking fee and $250 return shipment fee and how I would like to proceed. That was not acceptable for me to loose $500 on this just to return it. They denied the fact they had computer issues and won't take it back without the fees.
