Caffeine Café West Hampton — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

I submitted a mobile order for an iced chai and a pastry 20 minutes before I got to the cafe and it still wasn’t ready, which was fine I didn’t mind waiting a little more. The staff barely acknowledged me when I asked about my order and then after waiting 12 more minutes in person I had to leave without my order or I would have been too late to my own job. Latte was good. They were out of most of the smoothies on a Sunday morning which was surprising. The smoothies we did have were very sweet. Ordered two ham egg and cheese sandwiches on croissants. The croissant was warm, but they eggs were ice cold like they had just come out of the refrigerator. Not an ideal way to spend $40 on breakfast. Would only come...

Avoid this cafe at all costs. My son has a severe allergic reaction after eating a chocolate croissant which I was assured did not contain nuts by both servers. On returning it transpires hazelnuts were listed in the ingredients. This cafe is unsafe and should be shut down immediately. I am still waiting for a call 3 hours later...
