Shock Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

The ice cream was delicious, but I don't think I want to support Shock anymore. There was a letter to employees from management visible that was incredibly harsh, yelled at them, told them they couldn't have free ice cream and that every thing they were doing was recorded and that they all needed to be smiling. This is a really crowded ice cream place and the people who work there work incredibly hard. It seems like a really hostile work environment and I don't really want to go to an establishment that treats their employees that way.

Just had a really enjoyable experience at Shock with my bffs. The ladies working there created such a welcoming environment for us. We were so excited examining all of their creative flavors and discussing our options. Genuine thought provoking conversations were happening. The guys who serve are very nice and polite but the lady in charge is very discriminatory, I don't know if her problem is with the Latinos or with the food deliverers, but she is definitely very rude and looks at you with contempt, if she is racist then no work in an ice cream parlor in NY or if the delivery bothers you, then eliminate the food apps 😊 or simply move to a country where there are no immigrants or better yet take a...
