For two days in a row,the employees were nasty to each other and argued in front of the customers, for 30 minutes I watched them get orders wrong, snap and be nasty at people,as well as give me frozen chicken as an egg sandwich, i watched them run out of milk, loudly exclaiming so,and walk an egg up front in a dirty glove to be cooked because there were no more left in the front of the store When asked about why that was done, the oven got slammed and eyes rolled as well as the unhappy employee stomp away, then another employee did the same thing and when asked again, started taking the lords name in vain in a horrible nasty way, started asking me why I was so nasty, lol why because I want clean sanitary food,we stopped going here ,when a month ago, napkins were yanked out of the dispenser and all over the floor which were put back in the dispenser as well as watching the person then go and proceed to make a sandwich without gloves. On the first day there was an older Lady, who was just that a lady, pleasant and kind and helpful, really taking up the slack from the miserable kids who were there, she really had her hands full. She was a pleasure and you can see tried really hard to be accommodating, as well as polite. Too bad the company cannot clone her.they reply need to work on teaching manners and efficiently to the rest of the staff, maybe they won't get 6 orders wrong in a row and have people getting annoyed at the circus going on behind the counter,or boxing match with the way the employees were yelling...
Read moreI rarely go to Dunkin since this is the only official one in the area (there are “Dunkin locations” in a few Speedway Gas Stations around but I prefer to go to the regular locations). I’ve been in this location a few times before and I truly think it could use a little love. I don’t think it’s the employees fault, it just feels sorta dark inside. Anyway, I randomly decided to go today. I parked my car and mobile orderd a hot chocolate and the 10 count for $2 munchkin deal. I sat in my car for a little over 5 mins and walked inside. This girl worked had to be in high school or something. She looked to be the only one working. She also had a line of 3 people waiting in front of her. I waited at the pick up station, probably no more than 5-7 mins. But unlike most people who are out here I was in no rush. I watched her help the first two people in line then quickly start my order. She walks over to me, hands me my hot chocolate and munchkins and says “I have you 2 extra ones for the delay.” I was like “wow thank you! It’s no worries, I’m in no rush.” I honestly think she looked relieved, smiled and said “have a good day.” I said “thank you, you too,” and walked away. I’m definitely more of a Starbucks kind of person... but honestly getting 2 extra munchkins really made my day. Thank you to the girl working today! I might have to considering coming to...
Read moreDon’t even get me started on these gen z employees…. So lazy and incompetent. I just want a hot latte and they make it look like brain surgery. Tried converting an iced latte into a hot one which I refused, and they just did it anyway. Horrible business practices and lazy staff. I couldn’t hear what she said when she was telling the price. She also gave me an extra dollar in change, but that’s the fee for lousy service.
God forbid the cashier extends her arm all the way to hand me my change so I don’t have to bend over the counter, and god forbid they say what drink they’re actually putting on the counter. The worker just put the drink up, walked away, then very snobbishly turned and said,...
