The strangest worst "truffle" pizza we have ever had. This "truffle" pizza has prosciutto, capers, and truffle oil on it. It was so bad we didn't know what to do. The total shock and horror of seeing these toppings on a truffle pizza. But wait there's more. The calamari was frozen tiny rubbery round pieces. You can't even call it calamari, maybe put on the menu "round pieces of rubber" instead. It was horrendous. Then you think okay well the buffalo mozzarella has got to be good, right? Wrong! It was old cooked prosciutto wrapped in a brick of mozzarella with some after thought old tomatoes on the side. Absolutely appalling. The sacchetti was their only saving grace and probably because it wasn't even made in house. I would never ever go back there for a dinner. Maybe a quick slice of plain pizza if I was starving. I can make a meal home a million times better. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Please google TRUFFLE PIZZA " and take notes.

My friend brought back some chicken rolls after her trip to NY and shared a buffalo chicken one with me. I warmed it up in the oven and grabbed the ranch dressing like I would for any pizza grabbed it out the oven when the aroma had filled the room - cut into it and I never even looked twice at the ranch dressing. The bread mixed with the chicken cheese celery (dont knock it ) and spices was amazing!! I immediately texted my friend like I wanted more - We dont have anything like this in Atlanta - the closet we get is a dry Calzone. Hands down delicious!! I dont even order buffalo chicken on pizza because its never fresh so I was hesitant at first but not now- if I ever visit NY again I will be bringing some back to Atlanta!!

We had a wedding dinner with 40+ people to celebrate our marriage/elopement. The restaurant made the process very simple and they were very accommodating. The appetizers, entrées, and desserts were absolutely delicious as expected and the service the night of was above and beyond. They made our wedding dinner extra special. They allowed us to bring centerpieces for the table and a few outside items to display around our wedding cake. I can’t recommend this place enough whether for date night or a special event! Love this place ❤️

Today was my 1st order. It took 5 attempts to tell the person on the phone the correct entrees... Apparently they don't teach the staff the menu. It had to be spelled out multiple times including phonetically. My mother went to pick up the order, even after passing they're estimated time, it was another 10+ minutes for pick up. The online menus prices are different, for us it was an extra 5 dollars and change (which isn't much...but bait and switch pricing is not a good thing) the items were not packed properly, 3 bags were drenched with various sauces (including the napkins and the seat of the car which will smell like balsamic for who knows how long). The sauce treated like it's only flavorings we're salt and basil. The calamari was done first,as it was soggy upon arrival. The veal was swimming in sauce as if it we're pulled purl in bbq. The buffalo mozzarella list it's balsamic, the tomatoes were cut huge, so it say on 2 halves of tomato. Didn't try the bread, didn't touch the pasta. Nobody liked the food. I have no idea who likes this place, but done believe the hype....absolute junk. Will not go back except to get my 5 dollars for switching the prices. I've screen shoot the menu pricing and took a photo of my receipt...the layout is absolutely ridiculous, the wait staff has to safe through the people on line so they can warm up bread for the tables. The place is small and mismanaged. I have never been more disappointed in food in my life, and I've been to a lot of places. Maybe they have good pizza, but after this...

For YEARS whenever I am in the vicinity I make an effort to visit Aversano's for their Sicilian. It was always the best but the last two times nothing special. Today was the worst. At 12:15 I took two sicilian slices to go. They were absolutely terrible. The sauce was all dried out plus the crust was hard and dried out as well. There is absolutely no doubt that this was left over from yesterday. There is no way that at 12:15 a freshly made Sicilian would be like this. If I was closer I would have returned back to Aversano's. It's not for the money but for $7+ I would expect at least a freshly made pie. Aversano's has definitely gone downhill. I made excuses for them the last few times but this time I am finished. Shame on them for serving pizza like that today. I would have enjoyed a frozen food store bought pizza more today. I just don't understand why some places ruin a good thing.

This morning I woke up with pains in my lower abdomen and used the bathroom three times. Since I ate nothing but the pizza yesterday I can only blame this on the pizza. I don't care if readers believe this posting or not. This posting is to let Aversano's know that I know that that pizza was old and probably sat out improperly refrigeratored for who knows how long? It's shameful and apparent that rather than throw unsold pies away and cut into their profits they would rather chance people getting sick. If I do not feel better I will be contacting the...

Got a Gift certificate from a friend for Aversano's so I took my 89 year old Mother and my Wife for Dinner. Waited more than a half hour to be seated, So we where seated in a room with a table set up alongside us for 24 people. The waiter came and took our order and I noticed you did not get a salad with your Entree? While we waited for our food about 20 minutes had passed by and the 24 person table had filled up with people. It was not long before we could not even hear ourselves talking with all the noise coming from this group of people! Another 20 minutes passed by and the party of 24 people are being served their food and we still do not have ours, and the Waiter has not been back to offer us any bread or a refill of our drinks!! And then after another 20 minutes, an HOUR in all we finally get served??? Talk about being annoyed!! And then the shrimp fra diablo was WAY to HOT! I told the Waiter and the Hostess that I will NEVER come back here again, and then when I got the bill, I'm sitting at the table waiting with my Mother (My Wife had already walked out) for 10 minutes, I finally told my Mother: Let's go, and it was another 5 minutes before they finally got us out of there!! You would think that after I complained about this situation that they would try to smooth it over by offering us something? But they did not! So NO TIP was left! This...
