I have had take out from time to time, there but today my wife and I stopped on Sunday for a bite for lunch. We had an western omelet and a create your own. Both were wonderful, the portion size was great not too much but enough. They both came with home frys also perfectly made, they have a very small amount of bell peppers cooked in. Which is a great flavor combination. The Western omelet had ham onions and green peppers. The ham was high quality, the onions were perfectly soft but not mushy and "glassy" the peppers were also soft with a bit of bite. My wife had turkey onions and Mushrooms. She liked hers and we both finished the omelets, but not the home frys. Both came with wheat toast, we did not finish them either. On request we got some Strawberry jam on the side. I had a coffee and a croissant a bit later, the croissant was huge and I had asked for and gotten butter on the side. It was real butter. I'd say 4 stars goes exclusively to the bagels and 2 stars for the staff and everything else.
Bagels are pretty good. Nothing over the top but for sure the best in Brewster!
The little farm housey vibes are pretty cool inside. Overall this place could be better than what it is.
What I truly can't get past is the staff. Way too rude way too rushed. I completely understand the rush but no need to rush me into ordering and behind r u d e.
Skip the omelette, skip the hash browns. Stick to the bagels and cream cheese. They're made fresh.
Not a bad spot to be in this plaza just wish they'd be a bit better. Overall I'd give a 3.5.
Not bad. But also not a life...

I will admit, you may be waiting for a good minute for your food, it would be advantageous to hire more staff during those busy breakfast hours to create a better flow. But other than that, the staff that was there were working quickly and got the orders right. This place had a long line and most were locals, that is an AWESOME sign I look for. We got the OG breakfast Sandwhich, coffee, lattes, and fresh orange juice. For my out of Towners visiting the area to see the JW bethel facilities, this place is worth it, you will be set and full to make it until your second tour 🤗. Price per breakfast sandwich is up there, about $7 . But...
