Grounds Donut House Brewster — Restaurant in Town of Southeast

Just wanted to share that i DO NOT like donuts, not my preferred sweet choice. My boyfriend and I were curious to see what the place was like since we are aware with the one in danbury. The place is bright and clean. Donuts are in display and a nice surprise to see they offer some options other than donuts. So we did end up getting one pf the rotating donuts and i did try a bite and to my surprise it was really good!!! The donut itself was spongy and the toppings were not overly sweet. I actually almost ate the whole donut! I like the idea of the minis if i am ever craving a donut. We did however place an order of mini varieties for a birthday. I've been to the location on Danbury numerous times so I had to give the new location in Brewster a try. It's smaller than expected and there's no prices listed, which is a bit absurd. I paid over $35 for a small iced latte and 6 donuts. Granted, the donuts are massive. However the toppings, specifically the Reeses puffs on the donut were so stale.
