I came in around 11:30 PM because it's the only establishment open at this hour within a 10 mile radius. Pulled up to the Menu and the digital sign was off. The woman taking my order says, "I'm ready for your order" in a rude manner. I replied "I'm sorry the menu is off". I am a visual order type person who really didn't know what I wanted this night because McDonald's is certainly not my first choice. However she said "will that be all?" I then replied "No? I would like to see the menu." She then rudely replied "Sir please order" at this point I wanted to leave. Then the menu miraculously turns on. Well I figured a 10 piece nugget meal should be quick and not hard to screw up so I can move on from this terrible experience, however at this point I feel my food may have been spit on. The first window doesn't have a sign to pull to the second window. So I see the woman waving me on to the second window, which I can tell she is mad. I get my food and try to be nice because obviously she is having a rough day. I get my food. I ordered spicy nuggets. Which they were not spicy. No big deal, I asked for buffalo and ranch sauce. I received 1 BBQ. Mangers of this McDonald's please teach your staff to have some sort of pride in the work they do. No one should look down on someone working at a McDonald's it's still a way to make your living. However please teach others the success of good work ethic's and attitude someone...
Read moreFirst, let me admit that I like to eat Big Macs. I am not a basher of the chain. This particular McDonalds is spotty and uneven. I've come here and had very fresh, properly made food and fast service, when everything was perfect. Other times it can be the total opposite. That's not what the McDonalds edict is. They tout their consistency, but this place simply can't achieve that. I've gone in there when there was so much salt on the French Fries, they were inedible. They salted at least twice! During my last visit, the fries had no salt at all and they did not give us ketchup. By the time I am in the parking lots eating my food with open containers, do I really want to go out, walk over and stand in line to get that fixed? The time before last, my Big Mac had so much sauce, it seeped out the side and fell apart because it was overly lubricated and could not hold together. Service is also spotty. Some people are nice, and others evidently;y hate their jobs so much that the best they can offer customers is a snappy attitude with the feeling that the last person they want to encounter is yet another customer. Yet, about half the time, everything is perfect and then you say to your self "Wow, the CAN DO IT!" Management has a lot of work to do. They figured out how to do it right, just not...
Read moreOrdered through the drive through, asked for two double cheeseburgers no onions, two double bacon cheeseburgers only pickles, and medium fries. It took three tries to get the girl to put it on the screen correctly and as we pulled up to the window I watched it change again. We pay at the window and confirm that what we ordered is what we will get and they repeated it back to us correctly. After two other people got their food before us because we were asked to pull up to the drive thru sign, our food came out. The double bacon cheeseburgers had no cheese and no pickles at all... We were also missing our medium fries. I went inside to get it fixed and watched them slap two pieces of cheese and some pickles on each burger and bring them out to me. That part I don't particularly care about I just nuked them in the microwave when I got to work, but how do you mess up the order that many times before I've even paid for it, and then once confirming how we wanted it, you still...
