Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Southold

Ok so I’m from Massachusetts and that’s the home state of Dunkin’ so I know good customer service and good food/drinks. Like I mean I get Dunkin’ at least once a day.

Holy God this Dunkin’ service was not good I got a lot they work like they don’t wanna be there the lady that served me got my order wrong 3 times and the guy there that didn’t serve me but served other people was giving them bad service as well.

When I got my coffee wasn’t done right just mocha and cream and I ordered a plain bagel but got a cinnamon bagel. I had to wait 1 hour in total for my food and drink.

I get it we are in a pandemic but if your gonna work in a pandemic please try to work better and great and make the customer feel good I didn’t want to write this but it...

Horrible place to visit. I stopped in the morning for Coffee and drinks, went to use restroom and toilet is clogged with paper and wont flush so washed hands and got drinks. I went back in afternoon ( 6 hours later!) Toilet still clogged, bathroom dirty! I purchased drinks and after I walked out, Owner / Manager? Runs after me yelling at me accusing me of clogging his Toilet. OMG!!! I didn't even use the toilet I washed my hands and he screams at me in the parking lot after I've been going there regularly buying drinks, because he doesn't maintain his toilet properly!! Pretty decent DnD if you're in the area. It's clean, they have their covid restrictions in place, and the staff is good about their PPE. They also have floor stickers to let you know where to stand. The staff is nice and accommodating. My only gripe is that when I had visited, they didn't have any of the sugar-free syrups available that are usually available at the Dunkins I've been to. Different clientele I suppose. I'm not sure if they were out, of if they don't carry them. The woman just said they didn't have them.
