I literally used to come every day, and I can't justify it anymore. The rate of turnover, the apathetic employees, and the ridiculous skeletons are too much. Today, the straw broke the camel's back when I was once again charged for the cold foam that wasn't put on the cup. If this was a dab of whip cream, I wouldn't complain, but charging 70 cents for it and not getting it is infuriating. The food is sometimes cold and sometimes piping hot, zero consistency, and the iced coffees with sweetener are NEVER stirred. Simply put, if you're not served by someone who has been around for a while, then you can pretty much guarantee yourself a terrible experience. Please get your stuff together. As far as the food goes it's a franchise you'll have the same anywhere in the world. It's the employees and atmosphere they project that makes this location stand out from the others.
