I have been coming here with my girlfriend for the past few years! It was ok when manager David was gm and then this girl with glasses took over and she was so rude as she ignored us walking in to get our food and so slow moving. She just sucked on all levels. These past few months I’ve been going there and the manager now, I think her name is Jessica (the one with dark hair) not only did she make us as customers feel appreciated and welcome but she makes amazing pizzas and great conversation. She not only remembers my girlfriend and I when we come in but she remembers our name greets us by name and remembers what we like to order. My girlfriend came with her daughter once and Jessica showed her how to make a pizza and was just so good with her. Just that made her day Now that’s customer service. Now these past few weeks at night there is a new guy working the nights hours and I have not seen manager Jessica 😡 and this new guy is not good he does not fit. Im not sure of his name but He can’t speak English and he does not understand what I say to him and then he gets frustrated and is rude and will walk away. I ordered a meatza pizza and he gave me plain cheese and when I had said it was wrong he refused to fix it and said that is what I ordered. What kind of manager or whatever he is does that. Why would they put him in Brockport?
He is rude and he hung up on a customer in front of me because he did not understand her.She was calling back and he picked up and hung up on her. I was mind blown. Bring Jessica back please. She was not only professional and polite but her confidence, you could tell she was a dedicated employee. She was always there alone when we came with so many people coming in, calling, and the ringer going off with so many orders. Most could never handle something like that, I sure couldn’t. It takes a strong kind of person to do what she did so where did she go dominoes? She knew what she was doing. How she is with customers and how she paid attention to us and what we order. She made us feel like we were appreciated as customers. That’s hard to come by these days. Workers like her need to be valued. We miss her and so does so many others I have talked too. If you let that girl go you made the biggest mistake, me and several others no longer give our money to dominoes for it’s no longer the same. I’ve never met someone so inviting and dedicated as that employee she was there day and night keeping dominoes on its toes. When I asked the new guy where she was he rolled his eyes, he just gives off a bad vibe and will lose you a lot of business! Fix this Dominoes get Jessica back she brought business well she brought us and several others I know and we loved her here in Brockport NY and will be back when and if she returns. Jessica if you see this honey and you no longer work for dominos I know plenty of people that would love to have you as an employee. Read moreThis was absolutely TERRIBLE. I placed my order at 10:48pm on Tuesday and the estimated time for me to receive my order was between 41 and 51 minutes. After my order supposedly left the store at 11:02 pm, it never came. I live about 5 minutes away. So at 11:30 my pizza tracker said it was delivered but it never was. So I called dominos and spoke to the manager and he told me that I would just have to wait until the driver showed back up at the store. Another 20 minutes passed and I called again because there was still no food and I know the store closed at 12:00. The manager then told me that I had to wait and the delivery guy was still out because he was so busy and I should be getting my pizza at any time. Well, it’s 1:04 am, Wednesday. And I still don’t have a pizza. I feel beyond taken advantage of because there was no hesitation to take the money out of my account but I get no call, not even an email to tell me that my food wasn’t coming. I don’t want it anymore because all I want to do is go to bed! I tried calling the store again because I assumed that there had to be someone there if someone is still making deliveries, however no one answered. Read moreNever again. My usual pizza place was closed, so we decided to order from Domino's. When the pizza came, the dough was half-baked and raw under the toppings. Their garlic parm wings we ordered came with white sauce that tasted like ranch dumped all over the wings, making them soggy and unevenly coated, when they already were underbaked and soggy to start with. When I called, the girl was very rude and I was told that they don't do refunds and that they could "give me a coupon for next time." I told her there won't be a next time, and that I just wanted my money back. I have the entire order practically untouched right here since she JUST left. Then I was told they'll remake it. I said fine. The girl called back and said she'll only remake it if I pick it up, that she's got going to deliver it again because she's "not getting paid to drive back down there." I'm lucky my neighbor was willing to pick it up for me, and even then I doubt it'll be good. She'll probably spit in it by the way she was talking. I just can't believe the amount of attitude and nastiness I was given because of a half raw pizza.
