Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Sweden

At 2:45 pm this afternoon, my husband placed an order for a sheet pizza and 2 orders of chicken wings to be picked up at 5:30. When he arrived at the Brockport Mark's at 5:33pm, they informed him he was early and he would have to wait 20 minutes. After several minutes, an employee informed him that they had given our order to someone else and he had to wait until they remade our order. Several minutes later an employee informed him that they had made the food at 2:45 then thrown it away because it had sat there for 2 hours. After waiting almost 45 min he was given a free 2L as an apology. This was not the first problem we have had there but it will be our LAST because we will never order from them again....

Don't expect to get much food for your money, the large sub....lmfao is the size of a small at subway, sooooo happy it costs three times as much as a small sub, also took them over an hour to deliver from 1.8 miles away, the food was ok at best, definitely nothing good or special about it, I have to assume that it's because brockport is a college town so everything price wise is outrageous but Mark's pizzeria takes the cake, we will never order or eat there again, especially the brockport location.....I will be an advocate for hate and destroy this place for as long as I live here, ( fu€|{ Mark's pizzeria ) it's a garbage place and the delivery driver was definitely...

Placed very large order, Pizza, Wings, Subs and appetizers. Everything was ready when expected and delicious when we ate it. Service friendly and best of all HONEST. I had left my credit card in their machine, never heard my phone ring that night and didn't notice till next morning that my card was missing. We're from out of town and we're leaving. After searching and then thinking let me call them, they had kept it safe and sound. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU AT Mark's, not only GREAT FOOD but HONEST EMPLOYEES! We'll be back next time...
