Red Otter Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

EDIT— They are now open Mondays! Bumped up my review a bit for it. You cannot bring a dog inside anymore but they try to accommodate. The staff continues to be friendly and it’s proved to be a cool chill spot. Food is still limited, but they’re still new so I expect the offerings to change with time. Would recommend!

Original review: Good, but a little disappointed. I like they’re dog friendly, I like the coffee itself, and the shop is nice enough (though I agree with someone else’s post, they need some community touches. A community bulletin board maybe? Some audible music?). My biggest complaint is the hours— there are three, soon to be four, coffee shops on this 1-mile stretch of Delaware. Every single one closes early and only Spot has Monday hours. Given I live so close, Mojo Market is usually my go-to for morning walks, but was hoping this could be my Sun/Mon coffee stop…and of course, like nearly every other business in Kenmore, they close before I get off work. Working from home, I need an escape sometimes— I miss going to a coffee shop for an open mic in the evenings or meeting up with friends after work at somewhere other than a bar. I used to do public board game groups, but nowadays it seems like nowhere is set up for that community hangout spot. you in and out. If you haven’t been to Red Otter Coffee yet, do yourself a favor and go — immediately! The coffee is fantastic, and the vibe is even better. We tried the Chai Latte Freeze and the Red Otter Mocha Freeze — both were perfectly blended, flavorful, and totally addictive.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great drink recommendations - you can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every sip.

Add in the beautiful, cozy location and it’s pretty much the ideal spot to hang out, meet up, or just take a quiet moment with your caffeine fix. And now — bonus! — they offer online ordering, which makes grabbing your favorites super easy and convenient, especially on busy mornings.

Oh, and one last thing… I don’t usually mention this in reviews, but the bathroom was so nice I considered ordering another drink just for an excuse to stay longer. 😂

The BEST coffee in Kenmore! And I'm not just saying this because I run their social media! Most of the time when I have clients, I only visit for content and don't go on my free time. But this place is different! The owners (Victoria and Robert) are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The baristas are excited to greet every customer. And if you don't stay for the welcoming atmosphere, you'll definitely stay for the AMAZING coffee! I literally have to restrain myself from going every day because their drinks are really THAT GOOD!
