I’ll give them a few stars for cleanliness. However, the customer experience was lacking. We ordered breakfast on our way from Buffalo to Cooperstown on our trip from the West Coast. First, two of the three coffees were wrong. I could tell they didn’t have cream. I asked about it. It was supposed to be a medium chocolate cold brew with cream and a large chocolate cold foam. They brought both medium chocolate cold brews (no cream.) While waiting, I heard the employees discussing how they didn’t know how to make the cold foam. So I guess they just didn’t. Because they brought me two chocolate cold brews. When I told them that they were wrong, they said “are you sure?” Pretty sure I know what I ordered. That’s when I asked for a receipt. The cashier had to get a manager to figure out how to print a receipt even though the kiosk said it would be in the bag. They gave me a little cup of cream. I wasn’t going to fuss about the cold foam, since there were other people waiting in the lobby and I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. I creamed up our coffees and we got on the road. Heading down the road, we noticed our burritos were smaller than normal. Bit into them, and there was no egg. How can one wrap a breakfast burrito with only bacon, potatoes and sauce and not notice there’s no egg?!? And they didn’t put the cholula sauce in the bag either. I don’t live in the area, so it’s doubtful I’ll ever go back there. But if I do come back, I’ll remember to...

I ordered a salad combo with chili cheese fries and a drink. They informed me that they were out of chili and some was being made, then asked me if I wanted just cheese or baconator fries instead. So waiting for the chili wasn't an option? Even if it might have taken a bit, they should have at least gave me the option.
When they bagged my salad and handed it to me, instead of sitting flat, it was on the bag sideways. By the time I'd say it on my table, it was upside down. I'm not so petty that I'd make them remake the salad for something like that, but c'mon guys, the bag is literally made so you can sit the salads in them flat.
I received my baconator fries in a separate paper bag. Again, the bag was big enough and had a flat bottom designed to sit the fries flat, but instead they were on their side. There's just no reason for that.
When I opened the fries, I was met with a pool of grease. Don't get me wrong, I expected a little bit, it's fried food with bacon after all. But I shouldn't have to dump grease out of the container to get to my food. The included picture is after I'd used 6 napkins trying to soak up the excess before I just gave up.
My soda was great, but considering that was the one thing they didn't make behind the counter, that's...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible service went through. The drive-through sat parked in the parking lot for 20 minutes before the girl came out with our food. They forgot our drinks and our Frosty’s and an order of fries and two sides of cheese sauce so I told her that she went back in and about another 10 minutes went by And she brought them out . When she came out, she still had forgotten the two sides of cheese sauce she said a girl inside said she put them in the bottom of the bag so I checked again and verified that there was no cheese sauce in the bag so she went back in and said I’ll be right back out. She never came back out. I waited another 10 minutes, so I go inside which defeats the purpose of drive-through and a manager approached me. Never apologize, hardly even acknowledged me just said to a worker to get two sides of cheese sauce, so I stood there for probably a good another five minutes before a Young man brought me my cheese sauces, and he was the only one who even acknowledged me and apologized and said I have a good day . I do not recommend this Wendy’s at all as a manager do you think you’d have better...
