Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Union

They were so incredibly rude. I waited half an hour, so I asked for my receipt to give feedback. I was told they were understaffed and I said understandable.. can I have my receipt? She shut the window on me while I was still speaking and walked away. There were also at least 5 people behind the counter in a Mirabito gas station Dunkin with maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. So I have no idea what they were doing back there. There was one person making drinks and I saw her throw out two and start again after leaving them on the counter for give minutes. I'm so confused and infuriated by this entire interaction. Never returning to this Dunkin, and I hope the team receives verbal warnings about their behavior. Need better staff. Drinks always good. STAFF on the other hand. Not so much. Today I went inside to order instead of drive through. Never again. The girl behind the counter was on her phone the entire time on a phone call swearing and cussing with the most foul mouth I’ve ever heard. We were waiting for her to put the phone down to take our order & she never did. She got the girl next to her to take our order finally. Then the girl was still on the phone swearing with whoever she was talking to. She made my food after 7 minutes. Horrible experience this morning. I made my order at 5:59AM. I'm getting my order at 6:38AM. You tell me if this reasonable? I was late to work because the employee took more than 15 minutes to do my sandwich and hashbrowns. To then realize my Coffee was not in the order, she just said "I didn't receive your coffee order". Which I paid for!! The manager came in saying she will do it, that the employee is new. To have me waiting another 15 minutes and give me a wrong order!! She ended up doing my Coffee in 2 minutes, but I was very late to work! Will NEVER be back...
