If I could give this place a zero, I definitely would. I am from out of state. I am staying at a hotel. I ordered the Shrimp with black pepper sauce and shrimp fried rice. ( I was charged extra for the shrimp fried rice) The lady on the phone quickly took my order and hung up the phone. The delivery guy came, I took my card out at this time he informed me it is a cash order. I informed him the lady on the phone didn’t give me an option. I usually never carry cash. Luckily, I had cash on me and paid. The delivery guy tells me that if I wanted to pay with card, I should have done it over the phone. How would I know that when the lady took my order and rushed off the phone. I open my food they gave me white rice instead of Shrimp fried rice. I called they told me they would call me back. I waited 15 mins no call. I call back the man on the phone tells me that the extra money charged was not for the shrimp fried rice, he says it was for a $2.00 delivery charge. I said that is not what I was told me on the phone. I told him I would be returning the food. I go to return the food the lady starts yelling at me In front of other customers, telling me next time she won’t return my food. First of all this is my first time here. Secondly I will never buy food from your restaurant again. On top of all this she is waving her hand In the air gesturing for me to shut up as she berates me in front of other customers. I managed my cool. I did let her know no matter how loud she screams it doesn’t change the fact that she took my money, messed up my order, and then tried to lie to me about what the extra charge was for. You are mad because you got caught in a lie! Shame you for being dishonest and rude!

Read moreI ordered food today and was quoted $16 and change. Something told me to check my account balance. I look at my account and the price was more than they quoted so I did the math. I called to see how much they charge for delivery. There was quite a bit of difference after the delivery charge (he quoted me with two charges btw). The guy put me on hold and a lady answered. I told her there was a mistake in charges and I wanted to know why. I described my order and she said I ordered more food. I said that I hadn't (seriously arguing with me for 5 mins by this point) and that I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. She told me no and that I had to pay for my food! I said I wasn't going to pay for food that I didn't order so she said she would credit me the amount that I didn't order but that I have to take the food out of its packaging and give the food to the delivery guy when it gets to my house. So, some time goes by and she calls to say that she had added my money back on for the food that I didn't order. I wait and wait and wait... Nothing! The food never showed up. I tried calling them back at 10:30 (their closing time) and they wouldn't answer their phone.
This is why I don't usually get delivery when I can go places myself. I happened to have a sleeping infant that I didn't want to wake up just so I could eat. I will never step foot in or call this place again. I am a girl that has worked in food business and this is BAD business. I just pray that my money is...
Read moreWe've been going to this place since it opened. There was a time where we lived literally across the street from them, which made pick up super convenient. Sometimes things are not as great as they usually are with the place, but we've never been over charged, or gotten bad customer service. When things have been forgotten, they will come back with the items.
The couple who originally opened and ran the place all the time are great people, and they even still remember us. The most recent time we ordered online, it was the husband who was making deliveries, and he even talked with me a moment to see how I was.
