Ordered beef and broccoli and it tasted like it sat in leftover shrimp juice. Nasty as hell. Never have I ever ordered food from any chinese restaurant and had it taste like seafood. Luckily I'm not alergic. The meat was also under or over cooked and was rubbery.
Updated from one star to 3 and here’s why.. 6-25-18 Been coming here at least twice a week for over a year now. Service is great but the chicken and broccoli is still rubbery lol. Other then that everything else is still great. I will add that they hired a new kid whome I’ve never seen before and he’s absolutely terrible to deal with. He’s nothing but attitude like any other teenager who works in the food industry. The usual lady who works up front is very pleasant to deal with and so are her kids who occasionally help out. My sister in law and I both love Chinese takeout, so we drove a bit off the interstate to stop here. We weren't disappointed. Our General Tso's chicken was prepared fresh in front of us from breast meat (always precooked dark meat back home). I don't know how they made their batter, but there was a crunch like dry cornflakes when biting into the chicken, and the white meat was so juicey. The only regret I would have in stopping here is knowing they aren't available to me on a regular basis. I would really like to know what kind of tweaks the old chef has on other American Chinese dishes. I bet the locals don't...
