Rochelle and her team are absolutely amazing! You definitely don't get customer service like this, anymore!

My husband and I recently needed to have his ring redone (for various reasons). Rochelle not only offered to do the service, but they actually grow the molds and cast the jewelry in house! Every other jewelry shop in the area had to send theirs out and charged extra for the service. She walked us through, step by step, and obtain our approvals on every move. Rochelle even gave out her personal number to make sure that I didn't have any concerns after we already talked!

The second time I have been there! First time she had broken my watch. Gave a replacement, Falsely Marked with a price tag, a fake! The second time to have watch bands fitted, couldn’t do it removed links and charged for it. Went to the jewelry store and fitted them both for $10. She proceeded to ask if her Birkenstocks were fake, which they were, I didn’t charge or anything. Lazy, Lazy Rochelle. I asked for a refund she had no recollection of doing it… Don’t go to Ruby’s.. They won’t be real…… Rochelle doesn’t...
