This is an absolutely lovely diner! They serve breakfast all day, just ask for their breakfast menu if you prefer. Their lunch items sound good too! I had an egg with sausages (they have patties or links) and hash browns with coffee, it was delicious! I had it with their homemade rye bread, very tasty. Shared a piece of their homemade blueberry pie, it was absolutely delicious. You can taste how well it’s made with the flakiness of the crust and the blueberry filling was not overly sweet at all but nice and refreshing with actual blueberry pieces inside. A pie I’d go back for! I look forward to coming in here and trying some of their lunch or dinner items, the menu options sounded great. We came around noon and still wanted breakfast (which, again, they do all day!) and I could see people ordering lunch items and that looked and smelled delicious too. I’ll definitely come back. Also, they accept...

Today was my first trip to the Queen City Diner. Nice atmosphere, with good service. It's nice to see restaurants on Washington Avenue again. Today, I had the special breakfast burrito. It had sausage, eggs, and potatoes. It came with home fries. The burrito was very filling. Everything was cooked perfectly. It had a wonderful taste, not salty. The home fries were crispy, and they also had a nice taste to them. I also ordered a side of the corned beef hash, a favorite of mine. This didn't disappoint. Was cooked crispy, I like it that way. A nice size portion. It didn't have a salty taste to it, like other corned beef hash I've tried. They have pastries in the case. I got a half-moon cookie, another favorite of mine. If you're in the mood for good food, service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Nice size portions of food. ...

This was my second visit to Queen City Diner. This restaurant has quickly become my favorite breakfast place! Coffee is fresh, service is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself is clean and inviting. The food is fresh and prepared to your liking, portions are more than ample, and so delicious! Prices are beyond reasonable as well. I called the day before to ask if they would have hollandaise sauce, and the owner made sure it was available for us! How's that for accommodation! We ordered eggs benedict with the yummy hollandaise sauce and a special order of a corned beef hash omelet. Both came with your choice of hash browns or home fries and toast. You will not leave hungry, and if you are looking for nice fully stuffed omelets, this is your new breakfast place. No flat omletes here! I highly recommend and...

This was my first time there. I was greeted with a smile as I came in the door. The place was clean and temperature was comfortable. Only one other customer so service was fast. Food was hot and cooked correctly. Coffee might be a little strong for some, but I loved it. Breakfast and lunch specials are on a sign as you enter which avoids confusion. I'm told they are also posted on their Facebook page. Decor was simple and neat. No broken furniture. Also table spacing was good. At 6'3"- 350 that's important. Nice spot next door to DMV. I'll be back to try lunch soon.
